Rider training courses must be booked directly with a rider training provider. While it is ok in some locations to use a scooter with a car license, few, if any, allow you to carry a passenger on a scooter. In areas where it's available, you need to attend and successfully complete rider training - pre-learner training to get your learner rider licence, and pre-provisional training to get your P1 rider licence.
