The phrase "Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse" is synonymous with frightening prophecies. When this same nurse is arrested at the end of the book as the murderer, it's done so as an after thought.

All in all, just as fun to read as most of the previous books in the series have been so far. I suppose as a nurse I was really bothered by some of the arguments in the trial.
It is a highly original, very entertaining, suspenseful and entertaining way to spend three hours of your life in typical James Patterson / Maxine Paetro fashion. There were a few twists to keep you going but most of them were anticipated. Seemed anti-climatic. This time the mysterious deaths are occurring in a hospital. Great murder mystery.
