Setyan said recent checks suggest August same-store sales growth has accelerated towards at least the "very high single-digits" percentages from July's 6.4% rise, driven primarily by growth in digital and delivery orders.
Also on Tuesday, Bloomberg reported that Apple has asked its suppliers to build at least 75 million 5G iPhones in the coming months, which is similar to what the company asked for during its prior launch, a signal that Apple is seeing stability in its business despite the COVID-19 crisis.
