She learns to deal with her changing relationship with Austin now that they growing up and she finds a wAustin and Bina have been inseparable friends since they were in diapers. How Bina and Austin rise above their growing pains and reestablish their friendship and respect for their differences makes for a touching and funny coming-of-age story. There’s a wonderful message at the heart of this book about how being yourself encourages others to do the same. But then Austin comes home from camp, and he's acting even weirder than when he left. I wish this book had been around when I was a tween.
